it might be a bit late for this year, but if you're interested in environmentally friendly wrapping paper and like a sale, then you should visit milco paper. it's a fairly new company, so the range is a little small at the moment, but the website says they are going to branch out in the new year.

each product has an "environmental paper profile" that tells you all kinds of things, so you know what you're getting. for example.
