Well the obvious one is Justine..

However, I have other suggestions:

Earl
Biscott
Tootie
Tori-May (if you want a bogan child)

Those names are really suitable be it a boy or a girl.

Other names include:
Ling Ling
Lila
Mac
Lusa (pronounced Looser)
Lucia
Shea

Heh have fun choosing!

The worst name I have ever heard for a girl is Troyleen. Poor, poor child.

Like Justine said, or similar, I'd go for Miaow Miaow, such an amazing table tennis player. A name like that is too good to have only one of. Or maybe Boutros Boutros, in the same vein.

Surely one of Sarah Palin's children would provide an inspiration. In case you don't know their names are: Track, Trig, Bristol, Willow & Piper. Maybe Truck, Hornsby, Oak,Trumpeter or Organ Grinder? But what is wrong with Guido or if female then Guide?
