oh dear, the cold is cold.
my house is cold. especially in the evening.
howie's parents are staying with us at the moment. we only have one functioning electric blanket currently, and his mum gets it. he switched it on for her last night, but didn't realise it wasn't on at the power point. so in the end everyone was a cold getting into their own bed as each other.

So yesterday we went and bought ourselves a new doona - mmmm down and feathers - bit pricey but some Christmas money helped. It is also our anniversary gift to each other. Last night we were sooooo toasty warm. What a difference a new doona makes!
