this year has been good - in some ways not anything terribly special, but then again a lot of the specialness of life is in the 'uneventful'. and it seems that is how our year is to finish off - perhaps only the two of us! but that's still good coz howie is the coolest. hopefully though andy and penny will join us to farewell 07 and bring in 08.

i am hopeful as i look to 2008. a little scared too of things that i know are going to change and things i hope will change. there's a fair bit of uncertainty. but i need to keep reminding myself that God has it all in His head and i don't need it in mine.
