cook chicken in fry pan til golden. place in roasting dish. pasta sauce on top of chicken. then add chopped spinach on top, and top with grated cheese. then in oven at 180 celcius for 20 mins boottom shelf, then another 10 mins on top shelf. VERY yummy!
