trekking

working for the organisation i work for has expanded my horizons. i am much more familiar with more of the sydney road network than i would ever have been if i wasn't in my job.

meanwhile, my feet have gone to the dogs. i blame uluru, but today i realised just how dry the skin is. if only i was a girl and knew how to re-moisturise them and pamper them.

Go to the chemist (not the one that Howie went to, another one) and get some cracked heel balm for intensive moisturising. Or go to The Body Shop and get some yummy peppermint foot soak, scrub and moisturiser. Then head home. Find a basin large enough for your feet and a decent amount of warm water. Add the soak and some marbles. Insert feet. Roll feet around on the marbles. Relax. Use the scrub. Rinse. Dry. Moisturise. Painting your toenails red is optional, but highly recommended.

Wow Lesley - you must be a girl :)

I have Eulactol - I just never use it. Maybe I should.

I don't know if I can bring myself to do the other. But maybe I should.

Perhaps I'll try Eulactol first.
