health plus

a lot of fun was had last night with howie, josh and sam, plus of course myself.

we started with a really unhealthy dinner - pizza, nuggies, wedges. so we thought it best to get out and about a bit.

we headed to brick pit park. there's a massive non-little-child friendly flying fox, so we all had a go. there were a few scraps and falls. you gotta go hard on these things

then we had a climb on the biggest OH&S playground risk i've ever seen, which was quite fun, albeit painful without shoes

i even made it to the top! i'm not a wussbag!! although i did make the boys climb down and not shake it so i could

took a couple of nice family shots

and i love this one - i think it's really cool of the boys!

and we completed our night of healthiness with a trip to silverwater/auburn for some KK

good times!
