howie and i went to pick up laptop as instructed, and once we arrived the guy wanted us to wait 30 minutes for him to restore it or something, coz it's a display model now coz there weren't any new ones (so why advertise something you have no stock of on your website?). and we have a meeting to be at, so we couldn't hang around. so it's back to north ryde again tonight, and hopefully this time we come away with a computer.
