as howie has just mentioned, we headed to ultimo for the taping of enough rope (to be screened next monday). i never really catch the train to central, and get out, so that was an adventure in and of itself. we stood in a long line. then we eventually got to sit. howie and i were in the second back row, not quite in the corner. no kooshy seat for us though. it was a little while before things got moving, but they did. i liked the interview with kevin spacey. that was about an hour - and he's a funny guy. it made me want to watch 'the usual suspects' again - it was the first movie i ever saw him in. such a good movie.
anyway. then there was a little intermission, but no leaving the studio. then bernie banton came on with his wife. dear oh dear is james hardy a poo. it was good to be there to hear more of the story. out of the 137 people who worked in that same factory, only nine are still alive. the others have all died of asbestos related diseases. isn't that awful.
again this was another hour or so. but by this time, i was hungry, and it seems many other people were. don't be surprised if you watch the show and you can hear distant rumbling. it's all our tummys!!
but i did it. i sat in the same seat for over three hours. good job jenny.
i liked seeing camera 3 during kevin's interview. the camera lady wasn't needed, so she was having a nap.
i want to go see the glass house being filmed.
and the chasers war on everything.
yep.
hoorah for free tickets!
bring back good news week!!!
Category: The World We Live InChaser bees the funniest thing ever. They're really super nice and funny without the cameras rolling. I heart the chaser.
