when you shower, do you face the shower head, or face away from it?
and while i'm at it, why do people always say "hello" into microphones to see if they work?

And why do people say hello into microphones, becasue generlally if you are using a mic it measn you are about to spek to people and normally when you start a conversation with someone you say hello.

Then that person said hello from then on and everyone copied because the whole human race is a large flock of sheep that copy everybody.
