Doing air in the tyres is one of the easy things to do for the car. Even I can do it. Look for a servo that says "Air". Go to the air hose dooby and pull it out. Unscrew the screw from the air nozzle sticking out of the inside part of the tyre. Put the nozzle over it and press the button. On some of the more clever air hoses they'll have a pressure rating, but otherwise you can just guess. You can kick your tyres as well, but I'm not sure what it does. Maybe if they feel hard when you kick them, that means they're full.

I am good at this one. I have done it before. A good setting can be either 28 or 32. It will tell you what its at when you put the hose in, if it has a measurer, and I think that the BP at Hornsby has a gauge.

now those are the ways of doing it, also - now some of them or most of the servos are getting electronic ones.

which have got step by step instructions on how to do it- if u still have a doubt on them. go ask for help from someone. even the ppl behind the counter - if there is more then 1 person there, then they might help u.

oh u guys didnt tell her this - dont forget to have all the tyres at the same pressure.
