It’s only been six or so months since I planted a bunch of seeds. Six long months of waiting for something to harvest. Besides lettuce (which has been doing nicely). Today I decided it was time to reap what we had sowed. Well, in part. It was time to pick one carrot. It looked a decent size from above, so we dared.
Oscar did the honours!
What a pro plucker.
The joy of the moment…
I had to have a chuckle… of course I had no idea what would pop out. We produce amazing produce, obviously.
Organic, homegrown goodness. Even if it’s just a little bit of it!
Too funny. Here’s to more tiny weeny carrots!
